The Biggin Hill Historic Aircraft Centre is located at RNZAF Base Ohakea which is located on State Highway 1 between Sanson and Bulls. Coming from Palmerston North or Wellington it is located about two kms north of Sanson where the highways from Wellington and Paamerston North join. Pass through Sanson and look for the access road to the Duty Centre entrance to RNZAF Ohakea. Coming from the north, there is a right turn to the Duty Centre area off State Highway 1 about two kms south of Bulls. Note that the Biggin Hill hangar is located within RNZAF Base Ohakea and access is only by prior arrangement and via the Duty Centre. There is no casual access to the facility.
